Exhibition stand:
Our events do not include shell scheme structures, and as such there are no dividing walls between the stands (exception being when two stands are back-to-back a dividing wall is provided). We took this decision, as most of our exhibitors prefer not feeling obligated to fill every inch of wall space with posters and alike.

Interview room:
Exhibitor’s will have access to an interview room throughout the duration of the expo to interview any potential candidates. Located Gallery room 3.

Exhibitors will have access to an exhibitor’s lounge throughout the duration of the expo. Lunch will be provided as well as access to standard beverages, tea and coffee. Located Gallery room 1 & 2.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Deliveries:
The venue will not accept any deliveries prior to 20th September (72 hours prior to the event). It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to ensure all deliveries are clearly labelled to include event name and venue address as well as your contact name and exhibition space name.

Delivery Docket – Pullman Auckland Hotel
-Deliveries to be made between the days of 20th September – 22nd September only. The hotel will not take any liability for loss or damages for any deliveries earlier than the specified time.
-All deliveries must be received between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
-All deliveries must go to the loading bay. No deliveries will be accepted via the main entrance of the hotel.
Should your deliveries require Customs Clearance, this must be arranged in advance and the venue cannot be held responsible for clearing any packages. For more information on this please check New Zealand customs website directly.
Please note that NZ Customs does charge tax and duties for equipment imported into New Zealand for use at an exhibition, even if that equipment will be returned overseas following the conference. This charge is payable by the importer, i.e. the company sending the equipment. Exhibitors must arrange customs clearance and payment directly with their shipping company. Customs clearance can take a number of days so international exhibitors are advised to send their shipments early to allow time for NZ Customs to clear the shipment.
*Please note: post event, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to organise any couriers required to pick up goods on behalf of the exhibitor from Pullman Auckland Hotel by Monday 25th September.

Located in downtown Toronto, and only a short walk away from Toronto’s greatest attractions, the venue is an ideal location for our Healthcare Job Fair. LEAD CAPTURE AT THE EVENT
All event attendees will have their individual QR code when they approach your stand. To quickly capture their details all you need is to download the Healthdaq mobile app for your Android or Apple device

As part of the event package, we will create an exhibitor account on the Healthdaq web-based platform to host and manage the leads you capture during the job fair. Lead capture saves candidates data such us contact details, professional information and notes taken while performing the scans directly to your Talent Pool on the platform, making them available in real time.

- Pay for your stand – Within 30 days of invoicing or prior to the event, whichever is sooner
- Send your list of jobs to the events team
- Complete and return Exhibitor Information form. Click here to fill the form – 14 days prior to the event
- Send a copy of a high resolution logo to omoody@hst.health
- When you receive your social media artwork from HST please share it across social media
- Inform the organisers of any allergies staff attending may have as we will be providing lunch – 7 days prior to the event

WHERE AND WHEN
We are in Hall 3, Royal Dublin Society (RDS), Anglesea Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, from 10am – 4pm for the Nursing Jobs Fair. The RDS is an iconic, accessible and flexible venue located on a beautiful 42 acre site, close to Dublin City Centre. It is regarded as Ireland’s premier venue for exhibitions, conferences, meetings and entertainment events.
GETTING TO THE VENUE
The RDS, situated in Ballsbridge is only 4km away (10 min by car) from the heart of Dublin City. Dublin International airport is just 30 minutes away by car or Air Coach. The local train station Sandymount is a 5-minute walk away. Mainline train stations are easily accessible and will take between 15-25 minutes by car.

Opening hours : 10am – 4pm. You will have access to build from 8:30am on the morning of the event.
Parking: We have secured free parking for the duration of the event. Please let Olga Moody know if you require parking.
ABOUT YOUR EXHIBITION SPACE
Our events do not include shell scheme. This means there are no dividing walls between the stands. We took this decision, as most of our customers prefer not feeling obliged to fill every inch of wall space with posters.
When it comes to laying out your exhibition space, we recommend the use of a branded “Banner”. A banner stand is the simplest, cheapest to use. We recommend that for a 3m wide space at the exhibition, two of these banners is sufficient.
Please note there is no guarantee of access to a power point near your exhibition space. The organisers will provide a dedicated area for charging laptops and phones however a limited number of power points means access will be on a first come, first served basis. Please do let Olga know if power is required and she can place your stand next to one.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
The venue will not accept any deliveries prior to 9 October. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to ensure all deliveries are clearly labelled to include event name, venue address, hall number (3) as well as your contact name and exhibition space name.
