ABOUT YOUR EXHIBITION SPACE
Our events do not include pipe and drape. This means there are no dividing walls between the booths. We took this decision, as most of our customers prefer not to feel obliged to fill every inch of wall space with posters.
When it comes to laying out your exhibition space, we recommend the use of a pop-up retractable banner. We recommend that for a 3m wide space at the exhibition, two of these banners is sufficient. Pryntco is our preferred printing supplier. If you wish to order any items, please contact David Truong. You can also order additional booth enhancements through the Exhibitor Portal from Robinson Show Services. Use promo code NJF25 for 20% off, valid until August 20.
Please note there is no guarantee of access to a power point near your exhibition space. The organizers will provide a dedicated area for charging laptops and phones however a limited number of power points means access will be on a first come, first served basis. Please do let Olga Moody know if power is required and she can place your stand next to one.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Robinson Show Services will accept deliveries to their warehouse from August 20 up until September 18. They will then have the shipments on your booth prior to arrival. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to ensure all deliveries are clearly labelled. Exhibitors are required to order Advance Warehousing ahead of time through the Exhibitor Portal.
There is a discount of 20% until August 20th, 2025 by using the code NFJ2025.
Please do not send any items directly to the venue as they will not be accepted.
